Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit - Microfleece Baby Transition Swaddle - Infants 3-9 Months

The Baby Merlin's Microfleece Magic Sleepsuit is the original swaddle transition product created by a Pediatric PT and mom of 4. Designed to aid in a baby's sleep patterns and provide parents peace of mind, the Magic Sleepsuit should be introduced at approximately three months of age when babies are transitioning from the swaddle or smaller sleep space.

Proper fit and timing of introduction are critical to the safe and effective use of the Magic Sleepsuit. When fitted correctly, the scooped neck will lay flat on the baby's chest, away from the face, and the baby should not have the ability to pull their arms and/or legs inside the Sleepsuit. If the Sleepsuit is too big, it will not provide the cozy, secure feeling necessary for success.

The Magic Sleepsuit is made with a soft jersey cotton inner layer, a soft breathable microfleece outer layer, and a layer of polyfill in between for just enough comfort. It is designed to be used for back sleeping only in a bare crib, in a room at the recommended cooler temperature for babies. The Sleepsuit should not be used for co-sleeping or with any sleep positioners.

Babies should be transitioned out of the Magic Sleepsuit when they are attempting to roll or are rolling over while wearing it. At this stage, it's time to move to the next phase of the Sleep System - the Dream Sack. The Dream Sack is a wearable blanket made from the same fabrics as the Magic Sleepsuit, providing a consistent sleep environment.

As the little one grows more mobile, the Dream Sack Walker, designed with foot openings to allow more movement during wake time, is recommended. The Magic Sleepsuit, Dream Sack, and Dream Sack Walker are available in a variety of fabric and color options to suit your baby's needs.
